Overview:
Villa Roma Resort and Conference Center is seeking Lifeguards in Callicoon, NY.
The Lifeguards are responsible for:
Maintain constant surveillance of pool/aquatic areas, acting immediately to prevent accidents. Enforce all aquatic facility policies, rules & regulations in a professional manner. Identify hazardous conditions & respond promptly to prevent injuries. Perform appropriate water rescues & administer first aid/CPR when necessary. Complete accurate & detailed reports for all incidents or accidents. Participate in regular in-service training sessions to maintain skills. Conduct regular equipment checks & report any malfunctions or concernsSkills needed to perform job: Strong Swimming Skills & physical StaminaExcellent Observation & Decision Making SkillsAbility to Remain Alert & Attentive throughout
ShiftKnowledge of Water Safety Principles & Emergency ProceduresRequirements:
Reference CheckCurrent Certification in Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED from American Red Cross or Equivalent OrganizationShift, Salary, and Benefits; These positions are Part-Time and Full- time, Days vary Monday – Sunday, Shifts Vary, $17.00 to $20.00 hourly, Benefits include Paid Sick Leave.
