Lifeguards – Christian Camp and Retreat Center Spruce Lake East Stroudsburg, PA 18301 Are you a proficient swimmer and enjoy the camp environment? Pinebrook is looking for Lifeguards to join the summer team! Pinebrook hosts a variety of guests each year, including church groups and individual/family retreats, as well as summer Day Camp. Lifeguards will have the opportunity to serve guests, familiescampers and Point People Toward Christ throughout from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Summer Team Prerequisites:

Growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ and spiritual maturity to lead self and others. Must affirm, live and model Spruce Lake Ministries mission, vision, statement of faith and core values. Conducts him/herself in a manner that is above reproach. Available to work weekends. Proficient swimmer Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Maturity and flexibility to work in variety of roles. Available evenings and weekends. Essential Responsibilities Lifeguards Duties will include attentively guarding guests at the pool, administering swim tests for campers, vacuuming the pool, and cleaning the pool area and bathrooms. Other Responsibilities Attend weekly staff meetings and prayer times. Other duties as assigned.
