15.00 hours per week / Day, Evening, Weekend Shift /Part-Time
Description Working directly with the supervisor and/or other staff, an instructor will assist in implementing the progressive YMCA Swim Lesson curriculum. Responsibilities Supervise and care for the children in the Swim Lesson program
Provide lessons as outlined by YMCA and/or supervisor
Communicate lesson plans, intentions and observations to parents and/or supervisor
Effectively communicate foreseeable schedule conflicts with supervisor Qualifications Must have experience working with children
Knowledge of major competition swim strokes and breathing techniques
Must have current CPR/First Aid certification Job Benefits Membership to the Greater Susuquehanna Valley YMCA
