The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all pool patrons by monitoring activities, enforcing pool rules, and providing assistance in emergency situations. This role requires a strong swimmer with excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. Responsibilities Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests. Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment. Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as needed. Conduct regular inspections of the pool area, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance. Assist with pool cleaning and maintenance tasks as required. Provide exceptional guest services, answering questions and addressing concerns. Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and maintenance activities. Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on lifeguard techniques and safety protocols. Experience Certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid is required. Previous experience in lifeguarding or related roles is preferred but not mandatory. Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary. Familiarity with pool maintenance procedures is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to effectively engage with guests. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
