Condo/Beach House Cleaner Mermaids & Manatees Cleaning Services Orange Beach, AL 36561 Job Summary Seasonal Vacation Rental Turnover Cleaners needed. We are located at The Wharf where you are required to pick up linen bags each morning and return them each evening. You would need to be here around 9:30am each morning to get your linens and supplies for the day. We supply all cleaning chemicals, mops, brooms, vacuums, cleaning rags, carts for transporting supplies. Our guests check out at 10am and check back in between 3-4pm. We inspect behind every cleaner and expect the job to be done properly. We are looking for people that want to come on for the summer and possibly stick with us through the winter. The summer will be very busy and the winter will be a bit slower but we will move you into deep cleaning once our bookings have gone down for the season. Most of our cleaners make anywhere from $500-$1200 a week. This is a great way to make a lot of money but it is a hard job. You must be a self starter, quick on your feet and be able to lift at least 30lbs and also must be able to make bunk beds.
