The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Must be efficient with time management. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring freshness and cleanliness. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, adhering to established schedules and client preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any needs for replenishment. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Must have an eye for detail Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, condo cleaning experience is essential Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
