Housekeeper Holiday Inn Express Fairhope 19751 Greeno Road, Fairhope, AL 36532 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and a passion for providing exceptional service. Must be available weekends. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas in accordance with established standards. Conduct floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly. Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to uphold high cleanliness standards. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries. Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices and floor care techniques is a plus. A background in hospitality or industrial cleaning environments will be beneficial. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
