Position Overview We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and delivering excellent service with a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Clean and refresh guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms. Restock amenities, linens, and towels according to hotel standards. Ensure all rooms meet AC Hotel brand cleanliness expectations before guest arrival. Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department. Respond to guest requests and provide friendly, professional service. Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning supplies. Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner. Qualifications & Skills Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
