The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas, including Resident apartments, bathrooms, and common spaces. Execute custodial duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring that all areas meet cleanliness standards. Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors. Handle carpet cleaning tasks to maintain the appearance and hygiene of carpets. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations within the facility. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Capability to work independently while also being a team player. Good communication skills for effective interaction with resident’s and staff. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
