The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an understanding of housekeeping standards within the hotel industry. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is in good working condition. Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning preferred. Strong understanding of housekeeping management practices. Ability to perform custodial tasks efficiently and effectively. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment usage. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills with a focus on hospitality. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
