Houseman Home2 Suites by Hilton Hoover – New Build 3210 Galleria Cir, Hoover, AL 35244 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Houseman to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure guest safety. Collaborate with housekeeping management to meet quality standards and guest expectations. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work preferred. Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
