This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality in every room. Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel standards and brand expectations. Replace linens, make beds, vacuum floors, dust furniture, and sanitize bathrooms. Restock guest amenities and room supplies such as towels, toiletries, coffee, and water. Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to the appropriate department. Respect and protect guest privacy by adhering to Do Not Disturb policies. Follow established safety and sanitation guidelines and use cleaning chemicals appropriately. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or concerns. Assist in cleaning public areas or supporting the laundry team when needed. Maintain a positive, professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
