The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas. Conduct commercial cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Carry out custodial responsibilities such as trash removal and restroom sanitation. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall building upkeep. Engage in industrial cleaning processes when required, ensuring compliance with safety standards. • Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good physical stamina; must be able to lift and move equipment or supplies as needed.
