Job Description
Housekeeper 1.0 1.0 out of 5 stars 15763 Braly Boulevard, Athens, AL 35611 Home2 Suites in Athens, AL is looking for qualified candidates to join our team! We are located at 15763 Braly Blvd Athens, Alabama 35611.
Responsibilities:
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly service-oriented manner.
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Mansa Hospitality standards
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards).
- Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift.
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties including but not limited to guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
- Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms and place in the appropriate receptacle.
- Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
- May be required to disassemble furniture or items in the guest room to conduct deep cleaning. Qualifications
- Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures specifically in hotel operations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
