Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Houseperson to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service in the hospitality industry. Duties Ensure all public areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred; experience in hotel or industrial cleaning is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude in line with hospitality values.
