House Cleaner in Huntsville Bear Brothers Cleaning Huntsville, AL 35812 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential and commercial spaces, ensuring that every area meets our high standards of quality. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage floor care, including sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring. Launder linens and other items as needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks. Follow safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or residential cleaning is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with hotel cleaning standards is advantageous but not required.
