We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that residential and commercial properties are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained. If you have a passion for cleanliness and enjoy creating a comfortable living environment for others, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
• Change bed linens and towels
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs
• Collaborate with the Team Leader and other Team Members’ to ensure efficient operations
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Experience:

• No previous experience in a cleaning field required
• Ability to work independently or as a team with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
• Proficient in various languages is a plus
• Must be Pet friendly, reliable, willing to work hard, and team oriented
• Must be able to complete all functions (ie. hands-and-knees floors, carry 15lb buckets, etc)
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening Valid Driver License Preferred (Not Required)
