The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of linens, towels, and garments within our facility. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Launder various items including hotel linens, and towels. Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment according to established procedures. Sort, fold, and organize clean laundry items for easy access and distribution. Inspect items for stains or damage before laundering and report any issues to management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area to ensure a safe working environment. Adhere to safety protocols while handling chemicals and operating machinery. Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a laundry environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with laundering techniques and equipment operation is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of laundry tasks. Must be able to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods during shifts.
