The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and service excellence within the hotel industry. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards. Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities as needed. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance. Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the property. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Maintain an organized cart with cleaning supplies and equipment for efficiency during shifts. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Skills Proficiency in industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation. Strong understanding of custodial practices, including floor care methods. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Good communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
