The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. This role is essential in providing a pleasant experience for our guests and maintaining the high standards of our establishment. Please notice that the hotel is located off the Greenbrier exit. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to ensure cleanliness. Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as necessary. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks. Skills Strong custodial skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience in housekeeping management within a hospitality environment is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with hotel operations and industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
