The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality standards and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, reporting any shortages or needs to management. Execute floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas. Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and staff to promote a friendly atmosphere. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of hotel housekeeping management practices is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
