Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to ensure all rooms and common areas are clean and presentable. Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens as needed. Prepare simple meals or snacks when required, adhering to dietary guidelines if specified. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the quality of surfaces in both residential and commercial settings. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management or similar roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and cleaning techniques for various surfaces. Experience in residential cleaning as well as commercial cleaning environments is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and guests.
