As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service throughout the hotel. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment for guests. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Restock supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other guest necessities. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly. Assist with guest services by providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Collaborate with other departments such as culinary and catering to ensure seamless service delivery. Support bussing and food handling operations when necessary to enhance guest experiences. Uphold the hotel’s standards of hospitality by delivering exceptional service at all times.
