The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including commercial spaces and healthcare facilities. This role requires a strong commitment to hygiene standards and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces. Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Follow OSHA regulations and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that all areas are maintained according to established standards. Requirements Previous experience in commercial cleaning or environmental services is preferred. Familiarity with OSHA guidelines and best practices in a hospital or healthcare setting is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean and sanitize effectively. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required for floor care tasks. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
