The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer service. Duties Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment. Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest supplies as needed. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate equipment and techniques. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing rooms, including industrial cleaning practices when necessary. Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the hotel. Requirements Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality service. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
