The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change linens and make beds according to hotel standards. Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and report any shortages to management. Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining hotel facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Assist in floor care maintenance as needed, including carpet cleaning and hard surface care. Experience Familiarity with hotel operations or industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
