The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. This role is essential in ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests, contributing to their overall experience during their stay. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and properly arranged. Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities as needed. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations within the hotel. Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred but not required. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills, reflecting the hospitality industry’s values. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
