Full Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that residential and commercial properties are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained. If you have a passion for cleanliness and enjoy creating a comfortable living environment for others, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
- Change bed linens and towels
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs
- Collaborate with other Team Leaders’ and other Team Members’ to ensure efficient operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Experience:
- No previous experience in a cleaning field required
- Ability to work independently or as a team with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Proficient in various languages is a plus
- Must be Pet friendly, reliable, willing to work hard, and team oriented
- Must be able to complete all functions (ie. hands-and-knees floors, carry 15lb buckets, etc)
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Valid Driver License Required Benefits:
