The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our guest rooms and public areas. This position requires a commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces as needed. Replace linens, towels, and amenities in accordance with hotel standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages as necessary. Assist in the cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to ensure a welcoming environment for guests. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by addressing guest requests or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred, particularly within a hospitality or hotel setting. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
