The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our guests, reflecting the high standards of our establishment. The Room Attendant will work closely with the housekeeping management team to uphold our commitment to exceptional service. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly. Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Assist with laundry duties as needed to support overall housekeeping operations. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
