We have created the position of “Housekeeping Attendant” to allow individuals with limited Long-Term Care/ Healthcare experience, to be able to work in the facility. You will be involved with helping conduct miscellaneous job activities like High Touch Cleaning, Employee Screening and Room Changes depending on the day. Ensure sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces and restrooms. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly. Manage laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens. Assist with basic cooking tasks as needed, while maintaining a clean kitchen environment. Report maintenance issues and supply needs to management. Qualifications Proven experience in residential and commercial cleaning Strong customer service skills to enhance resident satisfaction Knowledge of sanitation and floor care techniques Familiarity with laundry and housekeeping management Experience in janitorial and custodial roles, preferably in long-term care or hotel settings Cooking skills are a plus for meal preparation assistance
