The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Ensure all areas are well-maintained and presentable by adhering to established cleaning protocols. Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors as needed. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately. Assist in the training of new housekeeping staff as required. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary. Experience Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred, particularly in hotel or hospitality settings. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices and industrial cleaning techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A commitment to providing high-quality service and maintaining cleanliness standards.
