Housekeeper Stonegate Lodge Eureka Springs, AR 72631 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including rooms and common areas. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, contributing to a positive experience for guests and staff alike. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Ensure all guest rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards. Manage laundry services including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels. Stock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping preferred. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning chemicals. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
