Housekeeping/Laundry Part-Time Tall Pines Inn Eureka Springs, AR 72632 Job Overview This is a Part-Time position. You may be required to work up to an 8 hour day. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our cabins and units, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas of the facility. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and presentable for guests. Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained. Supervise junior housekeeping staff as needed, providing guidance and support to ensure high cleaning standards are met. Conduct inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are upheld. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and special requests. Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, addressing any concerns related to cleanliness or maintenance. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is required – 2 plus years.

Pay is dependent on:

•Years of experience, dedication to the job, NO missed scheduled hours for any reason, sober at all times while at work. Familiarity with custodial practices and commercial cleaning techniques is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Additional compensation consideration for those with restaurant cooking/kitchen experience.
