Housekeeper Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hot Springs 206 Mehta Court, Hot Springs, AR 71913 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards. This role is crucial in providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests and residents. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment. Uphold high standards of hospitality by ensuring guest satisfaction through attention to detail. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and cleaning products. Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
