Housemen Best Western Winner’s Circle 2520 Central Avenue, Hot Springs National Park, AR 71901 Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housemen to join our team in the hospitality industry. As a Houseman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring that guests have a pleasant experience. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Duties Perform routine floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness throughout the property. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks in various areas of the hotel, ensuring all spaces meet high cleanliness standards. Support housekeeping management by preparing rooms for cleaning and restocking supplies as needed. Maintain outdoor areas by cleaning patios, walkways, and entrances to create an inviting atmosphere for guests. Respond promptly to requests from guests or housekeeping staff to ensure timely service delivery. Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management for immediate attention. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and well-presented. Experience Previous experience in floor care or custodial services is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates. Familiarity with hotel operations or hospitality environments is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude in all interactions.
