Nanny/Housekeeper Confidential Paragould, AR 72450 Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Nanny/Housekeeper to provide exceptional care a 6 year old girl in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess the skills necessary to create a safe, engaging, and educational atmosphere. This role requires a commitment to supporting the developmental needs our child while ensuring her safety and well-being. Duties Supervise and engage with her in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Plan and implement educational games, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities including swimming to stimulate creativity and physical activity. Administer first aid when necessary and ensure the safety of her at all times. School pick up every day and flexibility to pick up the child earlier if needed. Assist with homework or educational tasks for older children as needed. Housekeeping can be done before school pick up. Examples are emptying dishwasher, laundry, changing bedding, vacuuming, dusting. Requirements Proven experience in childcare settings such as babysitting, daycare, or nannying. Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate activities. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both child and parents. A clean background check is required to ensure child safety. A nurturing personality with patience, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills. Must have reliable transportation and driver’s license. Love and care for household pets (cats and dog).
