Housekeeper and Laundry Brooken Hill Health and Rehab Fort Smith, AR Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas while ensuring that all laundry services are performed to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing a welcoming environment will contribute significantly to our guests’ overall experience. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store laundry items efficiently. Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management. Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies. Maintain a clean and organized laundry area. Skills Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred. Knowledge of dry cleaning processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
