This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring that all laundry services are performed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel or similar environment and possess strong skills in laundering and cleaning. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities to ensure a spotless environment. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques and equipment. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store laundry items efficiently while adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and laundry products, notifying management when reordering is necessary. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established protocols for handling delicate items and dry cleaning processes as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel setting. Strong knowledge of laundering techniques and cleaning products. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to providing high-quality service. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
