As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas. Your commitment to excellence in housekeeping will contribute significantly to our hotel’s reputation for outstanding service. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Change bed linens and towels, restock amenities, and ensure all items are in proper working order. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Adhere to all hotel policies regarding safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timelines.
