Objective:

The Exterior Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning, debris removal, litter picking, and maintaining the building’s exterior including mall entrances, sidewalks, delivery areas, parking lot, parking garage, planters/grass, stairwells, and additional spaces as directed by the Management. The ideal candidate has exterior cleaning experience, including power washing, is detail-oriented, flexible, respectful and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) : Responsible for performing cleaning and sanitation functions where assigned within the property grounds and facility. Emptying trash receptacles, litter picking and removal of debris from property grounds including parking lot, sidewalks, stairwells, planters/grass, and tenant trash enclosures. Graffiti removal/painting. Power washing of sidewalks and delivery areas/truck courts. Using appropriate equipment and supplies where required. Assist, as needed, in maintaining the inside of the building to ensure cleanliness and safety. Performing all other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and Management. Providing excellent customer service to customers and guests. Contacting security as needed to retrieve lost customer items. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be authorized to work in the US. High School diploma or equivalent. Must be able to lift push/pull at least 40 lbs. Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, stretch, stand, sit kneel or walk for extended periods of time across an entire work shift. The ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Ability to read, write, and communicate politely and effectively in English with Management, supervisor, customers, and guests. Must follow Management assignments, directives, policies and procedures. Must be dependable and have reliable transportation to work. Remain free from illegal drug use.
