Live-out Houseman – Greenwich, CT Position Available In Western Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut

Refined Greenwich, CT family of five is seeking a professional and hands-on, live-out Houseman/Butler to take charge of the smooth running of their household and its staff. Responsibilities include supporting household staff, performing general maintenance and cleaning, overseeing outdoor care, handling handyman duties, managing vendors, conducting property inspections, and ensuring the estate’s upkeep. The Houseman will also be responsible for managing/tracking household budgets, running errands, assisting principals with personal support, coordinating events, assisting with basic kitchen tasks/meal prep and service, and providing pet care as needed. Must be willing to “roll up your sleeves” and assist with all domestic tasks, have a positive “can-do” attitude, be very service oriented, a team player, motivated, proactive, resourceful, discreet and have a strong work ethic. Must be flexible for overtime, and/or minimal travel with family as requested. Work hours are typically Mon – Fri, 7am – 6pm, but flexibility is required for occasional weekends and late evening. Must be available/responsive to troubleshooting needs 24/7 (rare but possible). Car provided for transporting children but must have own transportation for occasional errands (gas and mileage reimbursement). $120K+ DOE, medical stipend provided, 2 weeks of PTO. Must have a valid passport, excellent references, and be current with vaccinations.
