Live-out Houseman – Greenwich, CT Position Available In Western Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut

Lovely Greenwich, CT couple is seeking an experienced, live-out Houseman for their formal home. The Houseman will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to: taking care of two dogs, all grocery shopping and errands, keeping the house stocked, indoor cleaning, minor repairs and maintenance (changing lightbulbs, etc.), maintaining the family cars, watering plants in containers around the property, blowing leaves, emptying pool filters, maintaining outdoor furniture, filling bird feeders, ensuring the property is well-maintained, and driving principals when needed. Will assist catering staff, including serving, as needed during events and deal with contractors such as gardeners, exterminators, plumbers who are required as needed. The Houseman will work alongside a Housekeeper to ensure that the home is maintained to the highest standards and is always guest ready. Must be a team player, organized and flexible. The family has two dogs (Labrador retrievers) and pet care is a large part of the job. No travel. A valid driver’s license is required and a car is provided for work purposes. Ideal schedule is Sunday-Wednesday and Friday, 8am-6pm and must be available for overnights as needed. $1500/wk, no health insurance, paid time off after a year.
