Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage floor care by operating floor cleaning equipment and ensuring all flooring is maintained to high standards. Organize and restock cleaning supplies as needed to ensure efficiency in daily tasks. Follow established housekeeping management protocols to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. Assist in custodial duties for common areas, ensuring they are clean and presentable at all times. Provide exceptional hospitality by addressing guest needs and maintaining a welcoming environment. Conduct thorough inspections of rooms or areas after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping or related fields is preferred. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation. Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices within hotel environments is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Good physical stamina for performing repetitive tasks and lifting moderate weights. Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members effectively.
