As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to the comfort and satisfaction of our guests, ensuring they have a pleasant experience during their stay. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, following established procedures and standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required to ensure guest satisfaction. Restock supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other room necessities. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness in public areas including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in the organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas for efficient workflow. Skills Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is preferred. Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices within the hotel or hospitality industry. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
