Hotel Housekeeping Attendant Holiday Inn Express Panama City 5627 E Highway 22, Panama City, FL 32404 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas within the hotel. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to an inviting atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Assist with special cleaning projects as required by management. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices is an asset. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. A background in hospitality or industrial cleaning is beneficial but not mandatory.
