Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage custodial duties such as waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in restrooms. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Skills Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficient in various cleaning techniques and products for effective results. Experience in floor care practices including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance. Knowledge of custodial practices within hotel or industrial settings is preferred.
