Duties Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the home. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring. Manage housekeeping responsibilities efficiently to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed on schedule. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly. Cook and prepare meals as needed, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and organization. Launder linens and clothing, maintaining cleanliness and freshness in all fabrics. Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure carpets are well-maintained. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly for optimal performance. Qualifications Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and products is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Attention to detail with a focus on sanitation and cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
