As an independent contractor, you’ll have a flexible schedule and the opportunity to take on as much work as you desire. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of paid house cleaning experience, 3 professional and 3 personal references, and be able to speak English (conversational level is okay). You must also have your own transportation and cleaning supplies, as well as business liability insurance. You’ll be able to set your own availability, choose the areas you want to work in, and select the types of cleanings you’re willing to accept. We’ll handle the advertising, phone estimates, customer service, scheduling, and billing while you focus on the cleaning.
