Your role will be essential in ensuring that homes are cleaned to the highest standards, and clients feel satisfied with the service they receive. Your primary duties will involve deep cleaning, surface cleaning, and routine maintenance of various areas of a home, including but not limited to living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms. You will follow specific checklists and instructions to ensure consistency in our services and tailor your work to meet each client’s unique needs. . You will work both independently and as part of a team. You should have basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and household products, and be able to follow established procedures. You will get along well with others in close quarters, and you must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for occupants. Interact with co-workers, clients and their families, visitors, and other external parties in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner. Maintain confidentiality of information and protect the property of the organization. Interpret an array of instructions in written, oral, or diagram form, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures manuals. Communicate with current and potential customers on the phone or in person. Handle problems that arise when interacting with residents.
